Treatment Description:

Lip augmentation is an aesthetic procedure designed not only to increase lip volume, but also to shape the lips, correct minor asymmetries, or fill tissue deficits. After the treatment, the lips are firm, symmetrical, and full, and thanks to the use of hyaluronic acid, they are well-hydrated. A shape tailored to the face and the correct amount of filler are the guarantee of a beautiful appearance and increased self-confidence.

The effect depends on the initial shape and size. The amount of product is selected inpidually before the procedure. Immediately after the treatment, you can function normally – eat and speak. The filler lasts on average about 12 months, depending on the amount used.

A slight swelling may occur right after the procedure, which should not cause discomfort. Bruising and tenderness are also very common.

If after healing (about 7 days) the effect is not fully satisfactory, the procedure can be repeated after an appropriate interval.

Is one treatment enough?

There is no clear answer to this question, as the result depends up to 70% on the natural anatomy of your lips. Only about 30% is in the hands of the practitioner: the right product and technique.

How should I prepare?

Lip shaping does not require extensive preparation. No medical tests are necessary. However, it is recommended to avoid anti-inflammatory medications and aspirin a few days before your appointment. It’s best to come to the visit without makeup.

If you occasionally experience cold sores, be sure to take Heviran (200 mg daily, starting 3 days before the procedure). For a quick and smooth recovery, I recommend supplementing with Aescin (3 tablets daily, starting 7 days before your appointment).

Is the procedure painful?

A numbing cream is applied before the procedure, which significantly increases comfort.

How long does the swelling last?

Usually 2–4 days. The appearance of additional bruising is inpidual. Swelling and bruising are side effects that affect almost everyone undergoing the procedure.

When can I have another treatment?

The right interval between treatments is key for NATURAL-looking lips. Building up volume too quickly guarantees an unnatural appearance.

When will I see the results?

The final effect is visible 7–10 days after the procedure. The initial shape and size may be misleading due to redness and post-injection swelling.
