Treatment Description:
Autologous treatments are an innovative way to improve the firmness of the skin on the face and décolletage. This technique uses stem cells obtained directly from the client’s blood.
The most commonly used technique is the platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) treatment. It is safe and does not cause allergies, as the material is derived from the client’s own blood. Therefore, there are no contraindications for people with autoimmune diseases. There are also no age restrictions – autologous treatments can be used for both older people to restore skin firmness and younger people who want to maintain their appearance for longer. PRF treatment is more effective than treatments using only plasma – it provides better and longer-lasting results.
The autologous procedure begins with drawing blood from the elbow crease, then preparing a solution that is injected under the skin with a fine needle. The pain is minimal, the injection mark is almost invisible, and the full effect is achieved after a few weeks. A series of 2 to 4 treatments is recommended for best results.
Contraindications include anemia and other blood disorders, cancer, liver disease, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. Before the procedure, it is recommended to stop taking aspirin and anticoagulants and avoid alcohol. After the procedure, avoid saunas, hot baths, alcohol, and intense physical activity. Before starting the treatment series, a blood test should be performed and sent by email or SMS a week before the appointment.
